OUR PROGRAMS

We are committed to providing programs and initiatives that foster Black and Brown male youth empowerment and achievement. Our Programs reinforce community and brotherhood, foster scholarship, and promote resilience.

SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM (SEP)

Through our School Enrichment Program (SEP) B-BLAC educates, empowers, and encourages Black and Brown male youth through a critically developed curriculum that allows them to become critical thinkers, innovators, and advocates for social change. B-BLAC partners with public schools, specifically transfer high schools and community organizations throughout New York City, to offer various services.

SEP MODEL

B-BLAC School Enrichment Program (SEP) is built on scholarship, stewardship, community, and personal development principles. The program has three layers: in-school, after-school, and out-of-school time engagement. The program reinforces cultural identity, empowers resilience, and encourages personal and professional development.
