OUR APPROACH
Our community-centered programs mold bold, resilient, and fierce young men into critical thinkers, problem-solvers, innovators, community leaders, and powerful men committed to uplifting their community!
THE CHALLENGE
Systemic racism and biased criminal justice policies have negatively impacted Black and Brown communities, specifically Black and Brown men. These interconnected systemic failures create disparities for Black and Brown men compared to white males.

EDUCATION
Over 50% of Black males in urban areas do not graduate from high school. Black males are 3.5 times more likely to be suspended or expelled than white males. 1 in 4 Black students with disabilities will likely be suspended compared to 1 in 20 white students.
EMPLOYMENT
The unemployment rate of Black men in all age groups is 2X higher than other racial/ethnic groups.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE
52% of Black men who fail to finish high school end up in prison.
Black males are 3x more likely to die from gun violence than graduate college.
Over 70% of students involved in school-related arrests or referred to law enforcement are Black or Hispanic.
