OUR STORY
Black Boys Leadership Alliance for Change (B-BLAC) is a collective of minority leaders and innovators providing support through strategic programming for Black and Brown male youth.
To address the disparities and injustices caused and exacerbated by racism, B-BLAC is designed to encourage Black and Brown young men through transformative initiatives that will foster profound discourse and reset social norms.

OUR PROGRAMS
Our programs incorporate academic, social, and emotional approaches to empower young men to become thought leaders, innovators, scholars, and fierce advocates. Through our School Enrichment Program (SEP) we partner with New York City Public Schools and community-based organizations to serve young men ages 9-24 across all five boroughs.
We also offer initiatives that engage individuals in New York City communities to strengthen our community-centered approaches and collectiveness to improve outcomes for Black and Brown male youth.

B-BLAC's success is embedded in our commitment to using grassroots and community-centered approaches to reach our young men. We meet our young men where they are and provide the services they need to thrive by creating a brotherhood fueled by scholarship, resilience, community, and a strong sense of self.
